Our In-house
Laboratory
Where every formulation is born, every batch is tested, and every product earns the right to carry the Nacro Biotech Limited name.
Research
Science Behind
Every Product
Our dedicated in-house laboratory in Hyderabad has been the engine behind Nacro Biotech Limited since 2008. Every formulation in our 67+ product portfolio was developed, refined, and validated here before it ever reached a farmer’s field.
The lab runs daily — not just for new product development but for batch-level quality control on every shipment we manufacture. Microbial counts, pH, moisture, concentration, and efficacy are all verified before dispatch.
Our research team combines microbiologists, formulation chemists, and agronomists who collectively bring decades of experience in agricultural bio-technology.

What We Test
Six core quality checks run on every batch before it’s cleared for dispatch.
Microbial Count
Living bio-formulations must contain a minimum count of active microbes per gram. We verify the count for every batch before it leaves the lab.
pH Testing
pH directly affects product stability and field performance. Each batch is tested to confirm it falls within the specified pH range.
Moisture Content
Moisture is critical for shelf life. We test moisture levels on every batch to ensure the product stays stable through transport and storage.
Efficacy Testing
Periodic efficacy trials confirm that our formulations continue to deliver the field performance our farmers expect, season after season.
Concentration Check
Active ingredient concentrations are measured against documented specifications to guarantee every bottle and packet delivers the promised dose.
Batch Traceability
Every test result is logged against the batch number, manufacturing date, and operator — giving complete traceability from lab bench to farm gate.
