• • • Complete knowledge of pest and disease management of crops.
    • Good knowledge on fertilizers and plant nutrition.
    • Contacting the farmers, analysing their needs and advising proper product solutions.
    • Daily MIS, updating DR logs and reporting to Sales Manager.
    • Working in sales cycles and handling sales targets.

Skills:

• • • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
    • Good sales pitch.
    • Ability to achieve sales targets on monthly basis.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
