of What We Do
At Nacro Biotech Limited, women are not a side initiative — they are central to how we grow. From the formulation lab to the village dealer counter, we actively create roles where rural women can lead, earn, and shape their communities.
We work with women’s self-help groups, agri-graduates, and farming households to deliver hands-on training in organic crop care, business basics, and Nacro Biotech Limited product know-how — turning agricultural knowledge into independent livelihoods.
Over the years we have trained more than 1000 women across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, and supported many of them in setting up their own dealerships and franchise outlets under the Nacro Biotech Limited banner.
