What does membership cost?
The joining fee is ₹1,000 and it covers you for 1 సంవత్సరం. Renewal after that is ₹1,000.
Do I need documents to join?
No. A working mobile number and your address are enough. We confirm the number with a one-time password sent by SMS.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Any Nacro dealer or franchise partner can register a cash payment against your account, and your membership activates the same way.
Is this a deposit or an investment scheme?
No. It is a yearly membership that buys you a discount, referral points and a welcome kit. Nothing is repayable and there is no return on the fee itself.
The discount
How much do I save on orders?
Every order carries 10% off, applied automatically at checkout. There is no minimum order and no cap.
Does the discount work at dealer shops too?
Show your membership card at a Nacro dealer or franchise outlet and they will recognise you as a member. Online orders apply it automatically.
Can I use the discount and points together?
Yes. The member discount comes off first, then points can be applied against what is left, up to 25% of the order.
Referral points
How do I earn points?
When a farmer registers with your member code and then buys, you earn 15 points for every ₹100 they spend. This repeats on every order they place.
Do I earn points on my own purchases?
No. Your own orders are already discounted by 10%. Points are a referral reward.
What is a point worth?
Each point is worth ₹0.2 off a future order. You can start spending them once your balance reaches 100 points.
Do points expire?
No. Your balance stays with your account, even if your membership lapses — though you can only earn and spend while it is active.
What if my referral cancels an order?
Points from a cancelled or refunded order are reversed, since the order was never really paid for.
The welcome kit
When does my kit arrive?
It is queued as soon as your first payment clears and usually reaches you within two weeks, depending on courier reach in your district.
Do I get a kit every year?
No — the kit is sent once, when you first join. Renewals keep your benefits running but do not repeat it.
I never gave my T-shirt size
Set it in your member account. Until we have it, packing waits for someone to call you, which delays the kit.
Renewing & lapsing
What happens when my membership expires?
You stop getting the discount and stop earning points. Your account, your order history and your points balance all stay exactly as they were.
Will you remind me?
Yes. We message you before your term ends, and you can renew from your member account.
Can I rejoin after lapsing?
Yes, at any time. Renewing restores the discount and reactivates your existing points balance.
