Your card is printed with your member code and the T-shirt is picked in the size you gave us.
Dispatched
Sent by courier to your registered address. You get an SMS with the tracking number.
Delivered
You can check the status of your kit any time from your member account page.
Common questions about the kit
How long does it take?
Usually within two weeks of your payment, depending on where you are and on courier reach in your district.
I have moved house
Update your address in your member account before the kit is dispatched, and it will go to the new one.
Do I get one every year?
The kit is sent once, when you first join. Renewals keep your membership and benefits running but do not repeat the kit.
